I was born in Guangzhou, China, and raised in Vancouver, Canada, where my family instilled in me the values of adaptability, hard work, and community. Watching my parents navigate the challenges of starting fresh inspired my entrepreneurial spirit and a deep appreciation for resilience and opportunity.

My career has taken me across Canada, China, and the U.S., beginning in management consulting at Monitor Deloitte in Toronto. I then joined ByteDance headquarters in Beijing, working in strategy and operations, before becoming the Country General Manager for Deliverr, a Series E e-commerce logistics startup, where I led the go-to-market strategy in China. At Deliverr, building a team of 8 from the ground up taught me the challenges of starting from scratch and the immense satisfaction of seeing progress as we removed roadblocks, won new contracts and got our processes up and humming.

My expertise lies in leading cross-border businesses. Having grown up between two cultures and worked across multiple countries, I thrive in environments where global perspectives meet operational challenges. I helped businesses navigate the complexities of remote and culturally diverse teams, international supply chains, and global distribution networks. These experiences, paired with my strategic and operational background, uniquely position me to lead and grow businesses with international dimensions.
